Job Role: Business Development Executive (EdTech) Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential students/parents through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and events. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed reports of interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless delivery. --- Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and persuasive skills (in English and/or regional language) Ability to handle objections and turn leads into conversions Understanding of EdTech platforms and online education models Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in EdTech or telesales is a plus
